番薯是藝名最多的農產品，名字帶“番”，是因為它由明代福建商人從南洋引入國內，最早在福建登陸。南安曙光村是福建番薯的名產地之一，今天就跟我們去看看當地如何製作特產番薯乾和番薯澱粉，並用它們烹飪葷素兼備、豐盛質樸的番薯大餐！
Sweet potato has an assortment of local names. It was introduced to China by the Ming Dynasty Fujian merchants through Fujian ports. Shuguang village of Nan’an town is one of the famous production places of sweet potato in Fujian. Today we are going to see how the locals produce their special dried sweet potatoes and sweet potato starch, and cook a hearty meal with these ingredients.
